- MARKET SIZE: How big is the opportunity? TAM/SAM/SOM.
- COMPETITION: Who else is doing this? What's their weakness?
- DIFFERENTIATION: What makes this unique?
- MONETIZATION: How does it make money? What's the unit economics?
- EXECUTION: What's needed to build it? Timeline and cost.
- RISKS: What kills this idea?
- VERDICT: On a scale of 1-10, how viable is this?
Be brutally honest. I'd rather hear hard truths now than waste months.
