Help me evaluate a business deal. Start by asking me to describe the deal. Then analyze: - PROS: What makes this attractive? - CONS: What are the downsides? - RISKS: What could go wrong? What's the worst case? - LEVERAGE: What negotiation power do I have? - TERMS: What should I push for? - WALK-AWAY: At what point should I say no? Be the skeptic I need. Poke holes. Find the risks I'm not seeing. But also highlight genuine opportunities.
